syncretro: brace the SyncTERM marker test, so the re-fit is conditional
d0fd3b5d12 (2026-08-07) added sr_io_note_syncterm() under a braceless `if`,
so it ran for EVERY device-attributes reply rather than only the SyncTERM-flavored ones -- the indentation said conditional, the code was
not. A plain xterm answering DA1 was announced to the presenter as
SyncTERM and re-fit accordingly.
The sibling call the same commit added, in the audio-caps branch, is
inside braces already; this one was the oversight.
