Okay here's what i did.
Performed full backup
Removed .dll files from sbbs\exec (i had some ms distro files in there) DI> Ran the 321c update
downloaded the usereditor
the jsexec update runs and no error msgs.
It exists with no error msg.
Windows event viewer says

Any idea what i should do?
I already deleted this file as admin and ran the redistributable installers.

Also i dumped the sbbsexec files in there.
Perhaps an event running is killing the bbs?
